Ingredients needed:

  • one vitamin E capsule
  • aloe Vera gel (1 tsp)

Preparation:  take one table spoon aloe Vera gel and put it in a bowl and then take one capsule of vitamin E and pin a hole in it or cut it open to take out the oil in that capsule and mix them well.
