- 1 tablespoon honey
Honey –Honey contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, P, C, PP, folic acid, vitamin K, provitamin A and more that gives strength to your hair.
Prepare a mixture by adding all the above ingredients together in a bowl and stir them well. Apply this effective mixture to your hair roots and massage it gently and then cover your hair with hair cap or plastic bag for at least 2-4 hours and then rinse it off with shampoo and conditioner.
