2. Now, suck your lips in slightly, curl them around your teeth. It might take many efforts to work out exactly how much you need to tighten your lips.
3. In the next step move your tongue into the correct position and Use your fingers carefully to press your tongue back into your mouth and then gently press its tip downwards. It should be done in that way where your tongue ends up in the form of ’curve’. Remember your fingers should not be more than about one quarter inside your mouth.
4. Now in this step breathe out through the air passage that’s formed in your mouth. If the air is passing only over your lower lip, then you’ve done it correctly but If it seems to be passing by your upper lip as well then there is something wrong and it’s incorrect and you need to reduce the size of the air passage by using your fingers.
