Things Needed:
- coconut oil
- Plastic film to wrap
How to Apply:
In this you tube tutorial demonstrator we will show how to use these wraps properly. At first one should massage herself with coconut oil and then cautiously wrap herself up with film. The wrapping should not be too tight or too lose and then leave it overnight for sweating purpose.
This hack could be pretty uncomfortable and annoying but in the morning you could see the difference in before and after the wrapping up process .As mentioned above it won’t give you desirable results as workout includes physical exercises which makes you sweat more than any beauty hacks
