Ingredients needed to make a ginger tea:
- 1-2 inch ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 3-4 cups of water
- a teapot
Procedure:
Start with boiling water for few minutes and then add ginger to it and let it boil for 5-10 minutes on stove. After that add lemon and honey to it and mix it well. Drink 2-3 cups of tea everyday and for better result eat healthy diet and do regular exercise.
