4. Can’t fall asleep

If you think that using cell phones or laptops on the bed can make you sleepy then you’re absolutely wrong. Instead of this, try to indulge yourself in reading while you are in bed. It would give mental exercise to your brain and help you in falling asleep. Avoid intake of caffeine.

 

5. Can’t stay asleep

The reason behind this can be the consumption of alcohol or irregular room temperature. So, avoid alcohol before hitting the bed. It dehydrates your body. Moreover, your room temperature should be ideal. The temperature should be 20-22 degree Celsius.
