Mommy’s belly
Distinguishing feature:
This type of belly can be seen after giving birth to baby.
Causes:
- Little time for you: After giving birth to baby the uterus lowers itself and it took almost 6 months to recover.
- You started training too early: Do not start exercise immediately after giving birth. You need to take rest for 2-3 months first and then start your training.
- Pelvic muscles get weak.
How to get rid of it:
- Add high protein food such as fish oil in your diet.
- Try consuming healthy fats every day: Foods like nuts, vegetable oil, and olives helps you lose fat from the body.
- Make it a must to do Kegel Exercises: Doing this exercise for 15-20 times is very effective in relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.
- Suck in your belly. This habit is good for your muscle.
- Give up on squats and crunches. After giving birth you should avoid doing squats and crunches for some time.
Special instructions:
Take naps in day and do stretching before going to sleep.
