2. Drink tea immediately after eating
Drinking tea or coffee in the morning may make you feel refreshed but drinking tea after having meal is not a good idea. They can have some bad effects on your health even if they are extracted from the nature. Drinking tea just after meal can bind the protein and iron due to the presence of tannic acidic the tea. If you are so habitual of tea then you can do only one thing, you must wait for at least half of an hour after meal to drink tea.
3. Workout immediately after eating
Workout is an essential part of an individual’s life as it helps in maintaining weight and keeping your body healthy but there is one thing you should keep in your mind that workout just after having your meals is not a good idea and will also affect your health. Work out right after your meal will make you feel more sluggish and tired more over it can lead to stomach discomfort. one must wait for at least two to three hours for workout after having your meal.
