- It is recommended not to overstrain on the eyes and also to close them for 2-3 hours and enjoy the peace.

- Reduce the time limit for wearing the glass. If possible remove them time to time.
- The eyes should be given a message with slow circular motions. The middle and index fingers should be pressed, slight pressure should be felt.
- Try looking at a distance while walking, instead of looking at own legs and hands.
- When eyes are irritated, use aloe vera gel instead of eyedrops. Therefore, a doctor should be consulted before using this.
- Eyes should be washed with water when tired.
- Drink carrot juice as much as possible. If possible add few drops of olive oil as it will help in absorbing the healthy elements of the carrot.
- Avoid using television and phones 2 hours before going to bed.
- Try Indian Trataka exercise, it will help in keeping the mind and body focused. Try focussing your eyes on the candle without blinking. Then close your eyes and feel it between your eyebrows. Do this for 10 minutes.
